Written on the back: Lew Mill. I think it may be misspelled as I find a Lou Mehl in Coos County but not a Lou Mill. And no one spells it Lew! And she is in another photo in this album, the photo is called Possibly Thrush family and it's on page 2 of this album if you go to album view.
